Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise) and BYTEMEND TECHNOLOGIES LLP regarding your access to and use of our web portal (https://bytemendtechnologies.in/), mobile application (BMT), and corporate services.

1. Scope of Services

BYTEMEND TECHNOLOGIES LLP provides professional technology solutions, including but not limited to IT hardware diagnostics and chip-level motherboard repair, custom software development, mobile application engineering, cybersecurity auditing, cloud automation, and B2B partner network facilitation.

2. Partner Network & Onboarding

Parties applying for Super Distributor, Distributor, Retailer, or E-Commerce Vendor status warrant that all statutory documents (PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN, Shop Registration) provided during onboarding are genuine and accurate. ByteMend reserves the right to reject or revoke partner credentials in case of fraudulent conduct.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand marks, logos (including the ByteMend Diamond and Shield icons), website source code, visual design, audio-visual materials, and software components are the exclusive property of BYTEMEND TECHNOLOGIES LLP and protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

Hardware repairs are backed by diagnostic job cards and warranty periods stated explicitly on individual repair invoices. ByteMend shall not be held liable for preexisting motherboard corrosion, third-party component defects, or software data loss where customer data backup was omitted prior to submission.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or services provided by the LLP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Goalpara / Guwahati, Assam, India.
